Returning the merchandise is always inconvenient, expensive and no fun for any party involved. That is why we are trying to avoid returns by making sure our customers understand what they are ordering right from the beginning.

Please read the item descriptions and supporting information carefully. We offer unique products and we try to provide you with most accurate description possible. Please take advantage of our ceiling tile/backsplash sample programs where offered. The more you know about our products, the happier we are to sell it to you!

Because all of our PVC ceiling tiles and backsplash rolls is manufactured to order, we must charge a 25% restocking fee of the product purchase price. (for the Polystyrene tiles there is a 15% restocking fee) We can only accept return merchandise for 30 days after order delivered to the customer, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All returns must be authorized in advance, so please notify the TalissaDecor’s Sales Team about a return.

No returns are allowed for the orders of more than 300 ceiling tiles or for the items on Clearance sale .

Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the initial order or to the PayPal account from which we received the payment.
